HIIT Me Up is a free web application available at hiitmeup.fit. The app provides a configurable HIIT interval timer with voice coaching for personal fitness use.

Workout settings — your preferred work/rest durations, rounds, and warmup time
Workout stats — your personal streak count, workout history (last 7 sessions), and personal records
App preferences — voice/beep toggle states, selected voice

This data is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

3. Cookies and Advertising

HIIT Me Up uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the Internet.
